The Station Inn
Our pub The Station Inn is a traditional stone built public house that has been sympathetically restored and is located at the southern tip of the beautiful Long Mynd hills.
As we are a stone’s throw from the A49, Shropshire’s main arterial route from Shrewsbury to Hereford; The Station Inn is just a 20 minute drive from Shrewsbury, Ludlow and the Midlands motorway network. We have created a warm, friendly atmosphere in both the bar and restaurant areas with welcoming log fires and tasteful decor throughout.
There is an extensive restaurant and bar menu with home cooked specials, we are renowned for our meat produce which is highlighted by our very popular ‘Butcher & Grill Night’ every Friday. We have a full delicious menu of light meals and snacks, pies and steak, and served seven days a week. A wide selection of local beers, lager, traditional and new world wines, spirits and local ales are also available.
There is a large bar and separate cafe restaurant with an annex that is ideal for events and parties – accommodating around 90 people at formal occasions and 140 at informal parties and discos. There is an ample car park adjacent to the Inn. The Inn has Disabled facilities and provisions for children. Please notify us on booking if you require a high chair.
