Butcher & Grill Night | Steak Night
Our established Butcher & Grill Night has been a local favourite steak and other meat dining event for many years and is still going strong.
Our resident Butcher and owner of Mountain Edge Richard has been working in meat wholesale for 30 years and always sources the finest meats to present to you every Friday night. The restaurant has a gas grill and a refrigerated meat counter where presented as you would find in a traditional butcher’s are cuts of beef, pork and lamb. You then pick your cut of meat and have it cooked to your liking there and then. Some of the best cuts of steak you will find for many miles, Richard sources his steak meat from some of the best suppliers in the UK and beyond
On the night there is a superb Menu of starters, poultry, fish and vegetarian dishes. (see below) Our dessert menu is always full of fantastic puds and ice creams to finish off your meal and our barista coffee team on hand for that special end of meal drink.

We are renowned for our fabulous ‘Flat Iron Steaks’. If you have never heard of this cut of beef then you must get on down to The Station Inn! Its Jamie Oliver‘s Favourite cut and it is ours to, although Jamie could do with checking where the piece actually comes from, it is the shoulder blade! So tasty and always available here at The Station Inn at Mountain Edge Shropshire.
